Two necessary daily spiritual activities:
• Meditation on God’s Word (with emphasis on the realities in Christ Jesus).
• Praying in the Spirit.
Each of these should be given minimum an hour daily.
It can be done before the day breaks or during breaks during the day or even whilst commuting whether driving or being driven.
Have a spirit filled day.
